I have been a customer here for years and while the food i awesome, the deliveries can take forever. Knowing this I always call in advance, anticipating the extended wait time. Today however it took 2 hours for a $10 sandwich, my order was incorrect and I was asked to call the store to provide my card information for a second time. Not pleased, will not be returning.
The food there is pretty great. At worst, it's a 3/5 and it'll definitely satisfy your hunger and when it's good it's top tier. Issue is, they just suck at delivering and Customer Service. The delivery time can take anywhere from forty minutes to 5 hours, especially if you order online. If you're ordering from them. call by phone and tell them what time you want them to be there, and even at that, don't get your hopes too high.
I had a salad delivered and some of the lettuce was brown. I had to throw about half of the salad away.
Awful service!! The manager Refused to give me a refund when the driver from grub hub brought it to a wrong location!!! The manager was rude and inappropriate! Blame me instead of the driver!! Worst costumer service ever! Do not even bother coming here bunch of rude idiots.
It takes a lot for me to go online and complain but this place used to be good. Apparently they're under new ownership who sucks. They refuse to answer the phone and if you're lucky enough to actually get a person on the phone for a delivery, they won't bring it to your door. Past ownership was head and shoulders above these clowns. As I type this they are supposedly open yet no one answers. Do not order from these scumbags.
