I'll start off by saying we've been eating here since it opened. Countless times. This this has not been our only bad experience here but it was definitely the worst. The problem on numerous occasions has always been with the service. The servers and bartenders always looked burned out and rarely smile or offer anything except their robotic script. The food is exceptional though which is what has kept us coming back at up to this point. We are told it's a 60 minute wait. That's fine, its Saturday night, I understand waiting. We put our name in and received the confirmation message that we were in the system. Unfortunately their inadequate messaging system (or maybe there was a host who made a mistake is what I'm thinking) did not message us that our seats were ready. Cross your fingers it works for you! After the expected 60 minutes goes by I go to check in with the host on the progress. The hosts said that their system sent a message and since I hadn't shown up we were removed from the list. The host says its not their fault and I'll have to start my wait over again. I was pretty appalled at this point. The manager (Phillip) also said its not their fault and again offered the only solution of going back on the list. Both put blame on me over a message I never got. I'm seriously appalled at this point. Over an hour of waiting for dinner down the tubes and there solution is to go back on the list. What faith should I have in this list??? I was just on it and was removed through no fault of my own. No... I don't want to go back on your list! One thing is for sure... no more of my business. This establishment has shown me on several occasions now that they do not care about you! Apparently they're so busy they know someone else will take your seat. I'll guess I'll stick to Charley's or Eddie V's from now own. UPDATED- I did contact the email you provided in your response. I must have been placed on the same list you use for dinner because no one has contacted me.
I was picky and ordered a bit of a fancy meal. First off who ever did the lobster............ It was that bad. I asked for cross cut on the steak and they did that in a proper manner. Steak was a bit more raw than expect but not bad. Willing to do Cooking contest with both but on the fence. If I have to pay never again if it's free then not bad.

Amazing Amazing Amazing steak. The best steak I've ever had. It practically melted in my mouth. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. The overall atmosphere was great. Definitely look foward to going back.
The food was exceptional, very tasty except my husband's steak was overcooked. He ordered it 'blue' and it came medium rare at best. Service was substandard! Our waitress only checked on us once, we even had to pour our own wine! We flagged down another waitress to bring us lemon for the water. No restrooms within the restaurant..i had to take the escalator upstairs to use the restroom. For a $325.00 tab for 2 people, we walked away extremely disappointed. We won't be back.
